Hunts include transportation from the hunt area to the field. Transportation from airport arrivals can be accommodated with advance notice.

All day hunts include lunch in the field. Overnight stays will include meals, and lodging.

50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. ( personal check, company check, money orders and cashier checks )

Hunts scheduled by telephone will be held for 14 days for receipt. Your receipt of deposit will confirm booking. Details will be sent after hunt contracts are signed and returned to Sand Hill Guided Hunts by mail. Deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment will be due at least 14 days before the scheduled hunt.

All payments are payable to Sand Hill Guided Hunts.
